The location, with its essential and modern lines, transports us to a futuristic laboratory where the sweets are prepared and displayed with precision and meticulousness. The real protagonist here is the chocolate, supplied by Valrhona, in fifteen different types that vary from dark to white. Green light for pralines, mignon pastries and cakes that are generally served on a plate, as if they were an authentic restaurant dish.

Walter Musco’s passion and love for art are also reflected in his creations, such as his “Action Painting” cake that takes inspiration from Jackson Pollock’s paintings, the “Bauhaus” cake in homage to architecture and the “Infinitamente Caffè” with which the pastry chef wanted to praise the French master Pierre Hermè.
