Il <b>Ristorante Vista a Casina Valadier</b> è un luogo in cui la cucina mediterranea incontra il moderno e in cui, attraverso i piatti dello Chef Massimo d'Innocenti, si raccontano le storie degli <b>autentici sapori italiani</b>. Immersa nella suggestiva e incantevole <b>Villa Borghese</b>, questa insegna si trova all’interno di una elegante casina neoclassica, gioiello del Pincio che, avvolto da un'atmosfera sofisticata e rilassante, offre ai suoi ospiti una vista che abbraccia Roma da San Pietro all’Altare della Patria.   Al terzo piano di questo spettacolare edificio, il Ristorante Vista si snoda lungo quattro sale che, grazie ad ampie vetrate, permettono di godere del <b>suggestivo panorama</b> della Capitale. I maestosi corridoi affrescati conducono a salette più austere, ma raffinate, garantendo un ambiente rilassante grazie alle comode sedute in velluto grigio e le boiserie dai toni blu. The majestic frescoed corridors lead to more austere but refined rooms, ensuring a relaxing environment thanks to the comfortable gray velvet seats and the blue-toned boiseries. In the summer, you can enjoy the delicious dishes of this restaurant on the outdoor terrace located on the top floor of the Casina, which offers an unmissable experience for the most romantic dates.

Chef Massimo D’Innocenti ‘s cuisine is told through dishes that exalt the research of the product and the attachment to the land, offering an all-Italian gastronomic experience that will tempt even the most refined palates. The genuine raw materials come from companies, dairies, farms and shops of small producers, selected by the Chef himself. Seasonal vegetables, amberjack, tuna from the Tyrrhenian Sea and Piedmontese Fassona are just some of the ingredients that make the creations of the Vista Restaurant tasty and exciting.

From the à la carte courses to the tasting menu, the culinary proposal is illustrated by emphasizing the passion, tradition and humility of traditional but refined flavors , playing with reinterpretations, without distorting the nature of Roman gastronomy. This is how the trio of supplì “La grande bellezza” were born, tagliolini with caviar butter, Sicilian red prawns, lime and ginger, or the highly appreciated cannolamisù. Each dish is meticulously presented on the menu, accompanied by an equally important wine and spirits list.
