In the heart of the new Milan, in the shadow of Porta Nuova skyscrapers, there is a restaurant-pizzeria that it’s always full, for lunch and dinner. The pizza, as already mentioned, is one of a kind: thin, crunchy and light, prepared using non-refined flours, such as millet, hulled wheat, cereals and Senatore Cappelli (a variety of durum wheat). Having at least one per week is definitely a must.
