But what does Babouche have to offer over other pastry shops? A wide variety of traditional French croissants stuffed with traditional cream or chocolate and pistachio, with jam or ricotta, strictly handmade by their pastry chef. For more tasty snacks or breaks, the restaurant offers a selection of desserts, cakes, pralines and pastries that are a real treat for the eyes, a joy for the sense of smell and awe for the palate. What about a lunch break? Salads with fresh raw salmon, quiche, croque or salted brioche help you break the day with taste but without overdoing it.
