The cocktail bar, already famous in Madrid and Dubai, brings to Milan all its Latin energy, creative mixology and unmistakable pop aesthetics and, for New Year’s Eve, promises an unmissable event for those who want to toast to 2025 with style, taste and good music. The New Year’s Eve dinner, proposed at € 125 per person, is a triumph of culinary creativity and excellent mixology: guests can choose one drink from a selection of amazing signature and classic cocktails, or a glass of wine, designed to enhance the gastronomic experience.
The menu, which alternates between typical Spanish and international ingredients and fusion suggestions, opens with Jamon Iberico de Bellota, accompanied by fresh tomatoes, crispy carasau bread and fried dumpling, then Nigiri with perch marinated in ponzu sauce and crispy puffed bread with kimtchi sauce and Pork croquette cooked in Manhattan cocktail, shredded and fried in panko, served with carrot and horseradish colesaw and Japanese mayonnaise. This is followed by Chicken and pineapple skewers marinated in a mixture of yoghurt and tandoori spices, with kimchi sauce, Vegetable Gyoza with citrus sauce and crispy onion, and Beef cheek cooked at a low temperature, accompanied by fried yuca croquette, raspberry sauce and chocolate shavings with coconut milk dressing. And to finish on a sweet note, a typical, mouth-watering Basque-style cheesecake with red fruit jam.
But at Salmon Guru, of course, the party doesn’t end at the dinner table: at 23:00, the DJ set begins! It will accompany guests through the midnight toast and into the early hours of the New Year, enveloping them in a warm, vibrant atmosphere and in the contagious energy that characterises all the club’s evenings.
