Nestled on the sixth and top floor of the exclusive Palazzo Manfredi, at number 125 of via Labicana, the Aroma restaurant opens onto a  splendid terrace overlooking the Colosseum  and the beauties of the Eternal City and conquers the palates of its guests with refined gourmet cuisine, the fruit of the expertise, creativity and continuous research of Chef Giuseppe di Iorio and his kitchen brigade. An experience to be enjoyed under the Roman sky, along a gastronomic journey from North to South  in celebration of Italy , in a balanced combination of creativity and tradition, to be concluded perhaps with a signature mix in the evocative setting of the cocktail bar The Court .
