In the heart of the Flaminio district, a few steps from the Auditorium Parco della Musica, Bistrot 64 opens its doors, an intimate and comfortable restaurant awarded with a Michelin star . In its warm and welcoming location, immersed among the great contemporary architectural structures of the city, the dishes of Chef Noda Kotaro blend creativity and simplicity in a refined gastronomic proposal with an informal spirit.

The location with minimal lines evokes the atmosphere of a Parisian bistro that meets Japanese style through soft colors, wooden furnishings and marble tables with an oriental-style mise en place . The result is a room with warm and essential interiors and a relaxed atmosphere, where the professional and courteous service welcomes customers with attentive hospitality.

The menu of Bistrot 64 is created according to a philosophy that follows the changing of the seasons through dishes prepared with a technical but “simplified” cuisine , capable of telling the flavors of the territory with dishes with an essential aesthetic. Chef Kotaro Noda, of Japanese origin, tells his story and his culinary experience with a constantly evolving gastronomy , in which techniques, flavors and tastes meet in a cultural exchange in the name of haute cuisine.

You can order dishes à la carte or choose one of the available tasting itineraries : Semplicemente Nostro, featuring five courses according to the Chef’s inspiration of the moment, or Innovazione, a itinerary that celebrates inventiveness and gastronomic creativity in seven courses signed by Noda. One of the chef’s most iconic dishes is the Spaghetti di patate burro e alici, winner of culinary awards and a symbol of the creativity and gastronomic imagination that characterizes Bistrot 64.

The gastronomic experience is also enriched by dishes such as cold tagliolini, tomato and basil reduction, “all black” cod and sea bass with raisins, pine nuts and leek. Through great respect for the raw materials and innovative games of consistencies and temperatures , Bistrot 64 brings to the table an overwhelming and exciting cuisine, capable of teasing the palate of every diner.
