A playful and irreverent personality who today lives on among the tables of this “caciarona” restaurant thanks to an old photo hanging on the wall, as a sign of affection and recognition. Today, at the helm of this delicious address, a sincere family management brings the flavors and aromas of  classic Roman cuisine to the table , respecting the season and the local provenance of the raw materials.

Once you cross the threshold of Enzo, you find yourself enveloped in an atmosphere from another era: lemon yellow walls, photos and prints of ancient Rome, blue tablecloths and bottles of wine that emerge from the wooden shelves. The classic first courses, creamy and tasty, are strictly served with the Rigatoni Selezione Da Enzo, handcrafted with excellent quality flours, in the heart of the Majella National Park in Abruzzo; the “grandmother’s” recipes, such as the famous coda alla vaccinara, follow the steps handed down from generation to generation and the desserts, delicious by definition, are a real temptation even for the most demanding palates.
