The rustic elegance that reigns in the spaces of Profumo is inevitably reflected in the menu, which speaks of a great respect for Mediterranean tradition and dishes that, despite their simplicity, strike with incredible precision the switch of memories. The protagonists of a work of revisitation are the classics of Roman cuisine such as carbonara, whose creamy sauce becomes the filling for a nostalgic tortellone with pecorino and guanciale, or fried calamari, flavored with an alioli sauce that recalls the coastal landscapes of the Iberian peninsula. In a park of about 10,000 square meters, the venue has set up Floripark, the first temporary garden in Rome at the complete disposal of the venue’s guests, who can explore its beauties while walking peacefully with a delicate cocktail in their hands.
