An area just outside the center of Rome, between the two neighborhoods of Acquatraversa and Tor di Quinto, is the setting chosen to transpose the dream scenarios of Alice in Wonderland into reality. Profumo Spazio Sensoriale has been opened where cascades of wisteria give walkers small purple petals resting on their hair and old olive trees refresh the lawns where they have planted their roots, a large and lush expanse that lends itself well to hosting a multipurpose space that is a location for events, a restaurant and a cocktail bar.

Thanks to the immense spaces it can use, the restaurant guarantees an opening twelve months a year, which follow one another between romantic candlelit dinners in the winter, exclusive events to admire the garden’s floral design works in their maximum splendor during the spring, and finally suggestive lunches in the shade of the olive trees in the summer. Everything has been done to ensure that the restaurant’s internal rooms embrace the garden theme by seamlessly resolving the internal/external passage, and the project has succeeded perfectly: even in the cold season, comfortably seated at one of the covered tables, you can experience the very pleasant contrast between the warmth of an intimate and comfortable environment and the clear freshness of the ornamental plants, which at times seem to merge with the walls. However, it is outside that the real magic awaits you. Reflecting the dominant color scheme inside the restaurant, the restaurant staff has set up a charming dining room under the stars in the large garden of approximately 10,000 square meters, a setting in which it is not difficult to imagine a heated cricket match between 19th century gentlemen.

The rustic elegance that reigns in the spaces of Profumo is inevitably reflected in the menu, which speaks of a great respect for Mediterranean tradition and dishes that, despite their simplicity, strike with incredible precision the switch of memories. The protagonists of a work of revisitation are the classics of Roman cuisine such as carbonara, whose creamy sauce becomes the filling for a nostalgic tortellone with pecorino and guanciale, or fried calamari, flavored with an alioli sauce that recalls the coastal landscapes of the Iberian peninsula. There is also pizza, available on the menu in seven crunchy gourmet proposals seasoned slice by slice with the highest quality ingredients.

Profumo’s offering also expands into the refined world of mixology with a drink list inspired by the floral world . In a park of about 10,000 square meters, the venue has set up Floripark, the first temporary garden in Rome at the complete disposal of the venue’s guests, who can explore its beauties while walking peacefully with a delicate cocktail in their hands. The bar counter offers a wide selection of wines including some champagne labels, beers, classic and signature cocktails with floral notes and fascinating names including “Amarcord”, “Madame Devine” and “Sweet Escape”.

Floripark’s Sensory Space, a chic location with an unmistakable feminine charm, is the ideal place to set your next birthday party, a destination with a wow effect to amaze with a romantic dinner or simply to spend an evening in the name of elegance and freshness in the enchanting setting of the Veio Park.
