The restaurant has all the characteristics of the Baladin trademark, with the muted tones and soft shapes characteristics of the brewery combined with lamps and retro furniture. All together in an alternative chic collage that makes the environment warm and welcoming.

The menu, differs from any other offering refined dishes in the name of tradition. Here at Petit Baladin, the hamburgers are a real pleasure. Made with Fassona meat and many regional ingredients, they are a must. The “fatate”, which will inevitably be paired with your hamburger, are crispy artisanal French fries in cheese, pepper, or rosemary. As far as structured dishes, we suggest the purple potato gnocchi with toma fondue and hazelnut chop or the steak with parmesan flakes. You will also find vegetarian options, which include soups and daily specialties.
