An “ old acquaintance ”  of Roman mixology  in Pigneto, located at number 80 of via Braccio da Montone, is renewed with an exceptional trio; CO.SO. Cocktail & Social reopens its doors in 2018, in the name of marked experimentation and quality of preparations with Riccardo Bucci, Giulia Castellucci and Benedetto Guarino, heart, soul and brain of this refined restyling operation. A young breath of freshness passes through the new location, enriched by a careful selection of Signature cocktails and a culinary offering in perfect combination.

CO.SO. is a  burst of energy ,  color  and  joy , starting from the brightly colored furnishings and playful design and the large mural that stands out on the wall. A meeting place, for chatting and entertainment where you can spy on the bartender’s creations from the stools overlooking the counter, savoring that much-desired  family atmosphere , between one table and another. A location where you can rediscover the warmth of “neighborhood” bars, but without giving up the taste of an  environment cared for in detail , where creativity and experimentation are the true masters of the house.
