The location is located inside an enchanting winter garden with elements that recall the retro style, decorated floors, seats with square lines and suspended lamps. The large windows of the room filter the natural light, enhancing the green of the climbing plants that surround it, creating an informal and welcoming environment . The mise en place with essential lines reflects the contemporary and international style of the cuisine, in a meeting between past and modern that makes the space suspended in time. Marco Martini captures the attention of diners with its internal and external spaces, thanks to the splendid cocktail bar terrace , an ideal place for an aperitif surrounded by greenery.

At the helm of the kitchen is the starred signature of the eponymous Chef Marco Martini who tells the story of his restaurant through an innovative and refined gastronomic proposal, declined in different tasting menus in the name of attention to the territory and respect for the seasonality of the ingredients. This is how Percezione was born, a menu dedicated to nature and created in respect of the natural cycles of the products; I Romanissimi , in which tradition marries experimentation through reinterpretations of classic Roman cuisine dishes; Empatia, a profound culinary experience that includes a careful pairing of wines with the different courses, and Veg-etariana, a menu born from the chef’s passion for vegetables and wild herbs.
