Anaconda
A goldsmith workshop where every creation tells a story of emotion, beauty and timeless authenticity

Anaconda is a secret treasure chest that defies trends and the passage of time: you do not spot it at once, set along a quiet side street just steps from Statale and the Duomo, and that is part of its charm. Do not expect a traditional jewellery shop with sparkling display cases and cold spotlights, because everything here speaks a more intimate language: that of raw materials, art and emotion. Anaconda was born in 1980 from the vision of Monica Rossi, an artist and goldsmith who turned imperfection into an authentic form of beauty. Her creations (rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings) feel like ancient artefacts re-emerging from lost civilisations or distant dreams, thanks to an aesthetic that blends the organic with tribal motifs, 18th-century details with minimalism, always with a personal and unmistakable touch.

Every piece of jewellery is one of a kind, often made to order, like the celebrated anello Poema, a broad gold band engraved with words, verses or thoughts: a statement to wear, quite literally. Far removed from mass production, Monica works with semi-precious stones, yellow, rose and white gold, but above all with emotion: capturing stories, memories and anticipation. Everything is designed to forge a lasting bond between maker and wearer.

Monica Rossi’s jewellery shines with a timeless, authentic beauty that has won over an international audience: her pieces are stocked by prestigious retailers, including Barneys in New York. Anyone looking for unconventional jewellery that is tactile, unique and deeply expressive will find in Anaconda a brand capable of turning every piece into an intimate story.

In 2016 Anaconda expanded without losing its soul, opening an adjoining space next to the original workshop dedicated to accessories, clothing, textiles and homeware: an elegant selection curated with the same free, poetic spirit that defines every creation from the brand.
