PN\P – A Piedi Nudi nel Parco

Avant-garde design overlooking ancient Florentine ruins

– PN\P as “Barefoot in the park”, the title of a famous sentimental comedy of ’67 with Robert Redford and Jane Fonda but above all an image that evokes extreme freedom. The same urgency of freedom of expression that exudes the selection of womenswear garments and accessories by international designers present in the store.

The store dedicated to high end women’s fashion was the first to conquer the most demanding Florentine and non-Florentine fashion addicts, followed in 2005 by a second store entirely dedicated instead to menswear in Via Santa Margherita 2 / R in Borgo San Jacopo. Both stores are now unique destinations for shopping out of the conventional canons, for avant-garde elegance designed for fashion lovers looking for alternative proposals.

The garments and accessories of the female concept store boast a unique setting: Roman archaeological ruins visible thanks to the glass floor that allows you to admire an ancient sighting tower and tanks used for dyeing fabrics. From the suggestive encounter between the history of the city and the extreme contemporaneity of the lines of refined and conceptual garments, a unique location is thus created, perfect for a unique shopping experience.

Emerging designers and cult brands of the current fashion system come together in the two store floors linked by the common conception of fashion creations as true design works and by the love for attention to detail and materials.

The taste that pervades the entire store is metropolitan, you breathe the atmosphere and the alternative taste of European capitals and the influence of oriental fashion. Yet the vision of the ruins and the typically Italian attention to the pursuit of excellence in terms of lines and materials make PNP perfectly at ease in the Tuscan capital.

Alongside the iconic garments of the fashion world like the Japanese designer Issey Miyake, Vera Wang and Ann Demeulemeester, you can find the creations of young designers such as Verona’s Maria Turri, Damir Doma, Boris Bidjan Saberi, Bologna-based brand Amen, leather goods by Guidi, shoes by Vic Matiè, sunglasses by Pugnale and the original jewelery and accessories by Ugo Cacciatori.

-PN\P is a voice out of the choir among the many proposals of the Florentine panorama, a perfect address for those who love to distinguish themselves with taste, who prefer refined and contemporary aesthetics and want to choose clothes and accessories with a strong atypical personality.

We can't. That's why every week we share the best experiences florence has to offer.
