GIORGIO ARMANI ANNOUNCE THE CHALLENGE – TADAO ANDO

Giorgio Armani inaugurates the first exhibition dedicated to architecture in the spaces of Armani / Silos. The Challenge retraces the career of Tadao Ando through his most significant achievements. The narrative path – designed by the Japanese architect with his studio in collaboration with the Center Pompidou – is structured around four main themes: Primitive forms of space, Una urban challenge, Genesis of the landscape and Dialogues with history. Over 50 are part of the retrospective.
A real treat for fans: the opening day of the Tadao Ando exhibit, he will be present at the Taschen Store in via Meravigli 17 (link?) to sign copies of his new book. Starting at 12:15, credit cards only.

Bisazza, world leader in the production of glass mosaic for interior and exterior decoration, chose the Milan Design Week to inaugurate its new Milanese flagship store in via Solferino 22. ME Milan The Duke celebrates the vast repertoire of creations signed by the queen of architecture Zaha Hadid and his London studio, created in collaboration with some of the most famous brands in the world.
The exhibition “The Cultural Collective for Zaha Hadid Design” explores the interconnected fields of architecture and product design. A unique exhibition that presents a variety of works- limited edition furniture, lighting objects, vases and other accessories – made in different materials including glass, marble and ceramic.
