DIRTY Milano is a cocktail bar that strips away convention in favour of an unpretentious philosophy. Open from 9pm to 3am, it is the ideal haunt for genuine night owls and hospitality workers who appreciate a quality drink in a setting where labels, both literal and metaphorical, are left firmly at the door.

Behind DIRTY Milano, at Viale Regina Giovanna 14, stand four key figures: Carola Abrate, a young bartender originally from the Langhe with international cocktail competition experience; Mario Farulla, a renowned Roman bartender with a global career across the world’s best bars; Paolo Coppola, a nightlife entrepreneur working between Rome and Milan; and Gianluca Tuzzi, who trained in New York and co-founded several successful venues across Italy. Together, they have brought an irreverent new energy to the Milanese mixology scene. Set inside a former car repair shop, DIRTY stands out for its minimal-industrial interior inspired by 80s and 90s graffiti, with nods to Keith Haring and Jean-Michel Basquiat.

The menu offers a list of 19 cocktails, balancing house originals with classic recipes. The Superdirty, an edible-and-drinkable cocktail served in a Martini glass with stuffed olives, and the Big Mac, a twist on the Negroni with bread and gherkins, are among the most unusual pours. You will also find ice-cold beers, wines and unconventional snacks, such as Simmenthal in scatoletta, a banana, Coppa Malù and cubes of mortadella. DIRTY follows a no-brand philosophy, pouring labelled bottles only on request. Drinks are poured freehand without jiggers, relying entirely on the bartenders’ instinct and skill.
