Speaking of cocktails, Sensi Milano now offers a new drink list, complemented by some equally new dishes. The concept remains true to the philosophy of “simple and done well,” which has characterised the venue’s offerings since its inception. The menu, visually vibrant and inviting thanks to playful illustrations inspired by the world of comics, showcases various twists on classics. How about trying a Purple Rain, with white bitter, Carpano dry, Bombay gin, and yuzu saké, offering citrusy yet slightly umami flavours? Or perhaps the summery Coco Space, featuring cachaça, batida de coco, pineapple, lime, and egg white? Doesn’t it make you feel a little like you’re on Copacabana Beach?

Those who love spicy flavours and are looking for something refreshing can go for a Fake Collins, made with Bombay dry gin, lemon juice, cucumber syrup, soda, and angostura. Prefer something sweeter to quench your thirst? A bright green Apple Mojito, with white rum mix, green apple, lime, sugar, and mint, might be just the thing for you!

If you get hungry, from the kitchen, under the playful motto “I believe I can fry,” comes a range of tempting fried bites: jamón or cod croquettes, tomato and mozzarella supplì, French fries, and breaded chicken sticks. There are also various sharing boards, hummus, meatballs, and many other delicacies, alongside the much-loved Roman-style pinse.
