The Trattoria Cammillo is a place out of time, as out of time is its cuisine: ancient and eternally young, traditional, but never obsolete or heavy. The restaurant has three rooms. The largest is the entrance, with white walls covered with paintings, decorations, framed newspaper clippings, with an open kitchen from which sleekly dressed waiters in white aprons come out with hands full of dishes and trays. The second and third rooms are smaller, with a more rustic appearance given by the dark red of the exposed bricks and the tones of the wood contrasted by the whiteness of the tablecloths and the linearity of the mise en place.
The cuisine of Trattoria Cammillo is that of true Tuscany, made with natural ingredients of the highest quality: ribollita, steaks and all other meats, mushrooms, truffles, game, cheese, fish and fresh vegetables. To complete the set menu, you will always find the dishes of the day, which we invite you to try first: the specialties are many and change frequently, and often among them are hidden true goodies.
