Zuma’s location is designed with attention to the smallest details, through the use of typical Kawara tiles from Tokyo, hand-drawn Tohiki ceramics and bamboo wood, in a play of textures that makes the style modern and refined, characterised by the presence of natural elements and tables, chairs and lamps with contemporary and essential designs. The atmosphere is intimate and romantic due to the soft lights, the light colours and the wonderful view of the historic buildings and roofs of Rome . Thanks to the open counters it is possible to admire how the dishes are prepared in three different areas: the main kitchen, the sushi counter and the traditional Japanese charcoal grill Robatayaki.

Zuma’s menu offers modern and sophisticated Japanese cuisine, and is signed by the creator of this culinary concept, Chef Rainer Becker . Among the main courses we find a rich selection of sushi and sashimi, black cod in hoba leaf and sea bass accompanied by ginger sauce and, for the more carnivorous palates, we recommend a tasty spicy beef fillet or Wagyu rib eye with fresh wasabi. The restaurant also winks at the most greedy, with original desserts such as chawan mush i and the possibility of ordering a deluxe platter that offers a tasting path dedicated to desserts.
