On Friday 18th and Saturday 19th of May, fashion will rhyme again with charity thanks to the Summer Edition of Riscatti Fashion Market: after the success of last November’s edition, the Riscatti Onlus, an association that promotes projects in favour of social integration for the homeless, brings back the occasion of a vintagemarket not to be missed.
In Corso di Porta Nuova 32, from 10.30AM to 7.00PM, you’ll be able to buy wonderful new and second-hand designer clothes and accessories (men’s, women’s , and kids’), selected and generously donated by Milanese ladies and fashion industry professionals, with open donations starting from €10.
The proceeds of the charity sale will be used to sustain the Photography School of homeless founded last January in collaboration with Comune di Milano and Fondazione Cariplo.
A unique chance for all the vintage fashion lovers and a concrete opportunity to do a good deed through fair–trade shopping: a “juicy” preview of the shoes, bags, dresses, jackets, ties, and jewellery that will be on sale is offered on the Facebook page of the initiative, where the pictures of the most representative items are posted: Gucci, Prada, Miu Miu, Marni, Hermès, Brunello Cucinelli, Tod’s, Dolce e Gabbana, Emilio Pucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Missoni, Armani, Nike, Diane Von Furstenberg, Kristina Ti, Ralph Lauren, Valentino e Versace.
For those who would like to contribute by donating their designer clothes and accessories, a collection point is still active, located at the bookshop Hellis Book of via Losanna 6.
