The story of Le Polveri begins with Aurora Zancanaro, a graduate of the chemistry faculty, who, after completing her studies, discovered her passion for the art of bread-making, and transformed it in her current activity. After having learned and studied the raw ingredients and the processing and kneading methods, Aurora opened its “special space”, a laboratory with minimal details, but extremely refined, and where passion and imagination find a home.
Le Polveri (a reference to the grains of the flour) offers a wide range of bakery products: from the simplest to the fullest doughs for fresh bread, pizzas and focaccias, without forgetting the patisserie proposal. Everything is baked daily and the freshness of the raw ingredients is perceptible with every bite, with all the fragrance of freshly, baked food.
A board displayed in the shop shows the basic preparations of the week, divided day by day, to which new, daily creations are added, inspired by particular ingredients and the imaginative touch of Aurora. In particular, we suggest you try the brioche bread in its many variations, you cannot do without it! Micropanifico is also the “right place” to find biscuits, cookies and cereals for a sweet and healthy breakfast, that is also gluten-free.
