A project that, starting from the Art Deco elements from which the secular history of this Milanese locale was born, wanted to play on the conviviality of the spaces, dedicated to the moments that mark the hectic city days. From the Sala Spiritello, which overlooks the Gallery, for a panoramic gourmet experience among beautiful decor, you can reach the historic Bar di Passo on the ground floor for an all day long break. The new Gaspare Campari room, once a space dedicated to warehouses, will host bartending courses, tastings and private events for an immersive experience in authentic Milan “to drink” and “to eat.”

A wave of change has also reached the heart of the kitchen, which has made the combination of cocktail & food the key to its innovative project. The traditional cocktails, prepared by the skilled minds of Camparino’s Mixology Art in the Gallery, will be combined with delicious ad hoc tastings, including the brand new Pan’cot, created in collaboration with the famous Chef Davide Oldani; a special roasted bread made with wholemeal flours to be savored slowly with meats, fish and vegetables, between a sip of Campari-Seltz or Negroni, in the shadow of the Madonnina.
