MAG la Pusterla

An iconic address in the Lombard capital, Caffè La Pusterla has changed its name to MAG La Pusterla, marking an exciting handover to Flavio Angiolillo and his close-knit team – including longtime colleagues Francesco Bonazzi, Carlo dall’Asta, Marco Russo, Benjamin Cavagna, Loris Melis and Lorenzo Raimondi – centred on creative mixology and culinary experimentation. A venue with a refreshed spirit and a long history, set at 22 Via Edmondo de Amicis, just moments from the historic centre and the 5Vie district, and close to the waters of the Navigli where the Mag Family‘s first venue, MAG Navigli, first opened its doors.

A spot where conviviality and savoir-faire come together in a setting reminiscent of an old Milanese café, featuring the original large marble counter as a stage for mixing drinks and a selection of multifaceted furniture from the 40s, all immersed in a delightfully retro atmosphere. Surrounding this cocktail bar and kitchen is a wonderful garden, a refreshing urban oasis reflecting the carefree, timeless spirit typical of an old Milan that loves good food and drink.

The cocktail list at MAG La Pusterla pays tribute to international mixology, paired with inventive combinations and a tailored selection of the Best Of that made the Milanese Farmily famous, alongside a very personal selection of bottles—including fizz and Champagne—and playful drinks on tap, a nod to the 1980s party-loving Milan that looks back fondly on a bygone era.
