Second round. For today we have really thought of everyone: events for art lovers, party animals and refined palates. Enjoy the second day of Milan Design Week 2018.

MOLLINO’S MAGICAL EYE by WOOLRICH

Woolrich’s proposal for Fuorisalone is a project that brings together art, design, photography and architecture. At the flagship store of Corso Venezia, 3 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm some works by the multi-faceted artist Carlo Mollino from the retrospective “The magical eye of Carlo Mollino” will be exhibited.

“COME SI DICE PATTERN IN ITALIANO?”. Design talk e aperitivo by LAGO e Bombay Sapphire

Adriano Attus from 5:30 pm presents at Casa Lago Milano “How do you say pattern in Italian?” , the exhibition curated by Italianism which exhibits 40 patterns created by young Italian artists. The best of Italian visual art will embellish the LAGO locations and, for the occasion, the Bombay Sapphire gin brand has commissioned Attus a pattern that recalls the colors of the brand. DESIGN PRIDE by SELETTI

This year as well Seletti invades the 5 Vie District with a pop parade of itinerant design and music with live performances by Ghemon and Gaia Gozzi. The Design Pride will start from Piazza Castello, at the corner via Minghetti at 6:00 pm and the evening ends with a party starting from 8:00 pm in Piazza Affari.

APERITIVO by TERRAZZA DUOMO 21

FESTA AL CONVENTO DI SAN VITTORE by LE CANNIBALE

In a 1800 convent hidden in the heart of the Sant’Ambrogio area a free party for the Salone del Mobile 2018. Food trucks, many young designers from all over the world and the sound system of Le Cannibale. Register here to enjoy a large outdoor party in Via San Vittore 49, starting from 6 pm.

POP CORN & LISCIO PARTY!

From 6 pm to 11 pm at Wait and See in Via Santa Marta 14 an extravagant party for the launch of the line “The queen of Milano”, a limited edition of mugs, postcards and magnets, that reinterprets the classic souvenir of Milan,  in collaboration with illustrator Olimpia Zagnoli.

RESPECT FOOD NIGHT

From 7 pm. at the Cortile della Rocchetta of Castello Sforzesco, the charity dinner Respect Food Night will be held, organized by Grundig and dedicated to Food for Soul, the non-profit association founded by Massimo Bottura. In addition to Bottura, eight renowned star chefs will cook for 300 guests during the evening, such as Andrea Berton, Enrico Cerea, Carlo Cracco, Antonio Guida, Giancarlo Morelli, Matias Perdomo, Viviana Varese. Registration required.
