The restaurant’s menu was born from the desire to present an informal way of enjoying a culinary experience through the modularity of its dishes, a mission that has also made its way into the heart of the prestigious Michelin Guide 2023 : from small tapas- style tastings , through full portions and tastings that always offer the freshest fish, meat from sustainable farms, a selection of refined cheeses and cured meats, seasonal vegetables and careful choices of some international products, always turning to organic and ethical suppliers.

Everything according to the seasonality and imagination of Chef Cecilia Moro , assisted by Sous Chef Andrea Riva . 53 Untitled is a welcoming and informal corner that, in addition to the internal room and the outdoor area, features a small wine room located on the lower floor: an ideal location for organizing events with an intimate atmosphere such as dinners with a few close friends, tasting sessions and food and wine tours. A wine room that, in addition to being available for private events, offers a wide selection of wines both by the glass and in bottles, ranging from French and Italian bubbles to whites, macerated wines, national and international reds, perfect for both an easy aperitif and a more refined lunch or dinner.
