A group, Vivi, that brings its mission of serving good, healthy and organic food to 3 restaurants in Rome: in the park of Villa Blumensthil there is Le Serre, a place with a unique atmosphere whose beating heart is its restaurant surrounded by glass, greenery and light, open for lunch and dinner for a voluptuous Mediterranean cuisine with inspirations from all over the world.

Take a seat at their table and while you admire the plants, flowers and blue sky from the greenhouse you will find on the menu all the bioviziosi (bio&delizia) flavours of Vivi, but with a touch more and you can choose whether to enjoy them in the shade of the trees or in front of the crackling fireplace. Their dishes are beautiful to look at, perfect to share but above all delicious to taste inside a botanical garden that expresses its philosophy starting from its interiors and exteriors.

Their gastronomic roots swim in the Mediterranean, from southern Italy to the Middle East, but they love to travel in the world of flavors. The fundamental principle is organic raw materials, seasonal ingredients and recipes that are very difficult to resist. Their dishes, from vegetables to meats, but we can also easily include wines, have a botanical touch, a special attention to the wonderful world of perfumes, aromas and spices. You will find in their dishes seasonal ingredients, food with low environmental impact such as plant-based meats for a restaurant policy that carefully follows the new frontiers of Clean Food .
