And so at number 25 of via Duccio di Buoninsegna, the doors to the capital of Lazio are opened, Livello 1, a contemporary restaurant that collects the flavours and aromas of the sea, drawing directly from the counter of La Pescatoria, a fishmonger belonging to the same eclectic soul as the first restaurant, a sign of guarantee and quality.

Livello 1 tells its customers about itself with a location with a minimal and suggestive design , where the natural palette plays with the colors of light wood, optical white and earthy shades, intertwined with metallic touches, geometries and delicate lights.
