Throughout the room the soft lights highlight the wood, metal furniture and the exposed brick walls. The kitchen is everything you’d expect it to be with flavors and colors that match best with the drink list. Bringing to mind a really inviting tapas formula. Salted potato churros with parmesan and wasabi mayonnaise, kataify shrimp with wasabi mayo or a puff pastry sandwich with creamed cod and rocket sauce. Each portion represents a small treat that you can enjoy in complete serenity.
But if you want something less demanding, D.ONE offers a series of pan-fried pizzas like the yellow Pachino Pomodorino, mortadella, stracchino and pistachio grains. The offer continues on Sunday mornings when the rooms of D.ONE begin to smell of freshly baked cakes and hot coffee. The brunch really deserves to be tried.
