Nestled in the elegant setting of the Mandarin Oriental, Milan, the two-star Michelin restaurant Seta opens its doors to New Year’s Eve, led by the expertise of Chef Antonio Guida. Petrol blue accents and soft velvety seats intertwine with iconic Fornasetti services and metallic touches. Along with the beautiful interior, there is an equally beautiful menu, featuring seasonal raw ingredients and tricolor traditions. Refined fish courses alternate with seasonal vegetables, between juicy meats and the inevitable zampone with auspicious lentils. You should savor it all with an excellent glass of wine as you take in the live music performances. The cost of dinner is 450 € per person (excluding drinks).

EMPORIO ARMANI RISTORANTE

The Emporio Armani Ristorante welcomes the new year between shades of gold and bottle green, and stone and metal details. An ad hoc menu crafted by Chef Ferdinando Palomba celebrates the local raw materials, on a journey through the colors and flavors of the Mediterranean. Here you can have a Catalan lobster, crab-filled ravioli, two main courses, a special dessert and a tasting of the traditional panettone. On top of all this, it will be accompanied by an elegant live performance from the singer Vhelade. The dinner price is 140 € per person (drinks not included).

WICKY’S INNOVATIVE JAPANESE CUISINE

To start your year among the flavors and scents of the Land of the Rising Sun, Wicky’s wraps the last hours of 2019 in a refined atmosphere, where minimal touches and design elements intertwine with Japanese references. Chef Wicky Pryan amazes his diners with a menu that embraces the ancient Zen philosophy, in the name of the “Kaiseki” culinary tradition. He will take you on a seven-course gastronomic journey, completed by a cool glass of Champagne for your midnight toast. The dinner price is 160 € per person (drinks not included).

The iconic Milanese restaurant that brought the trend of pairing pizza and cocktails to the city is preparing to celebrate New Year’s Eve in the name of an exclusive party, between live music and two delicious menus. There is an industrial chic atmosphere in both Milanese locations, with multifaceted gastronomic dishes, including fish, meats and the inevitable finger food pizzas and focaccias. The traditional panettone is to be shared, in the name of that Italian conviviality of the December celebrations. It is sure to make for an unforgettable toast. The price of dinner in Via Solferino location is 80 € per person (including 2 cocktails). The cost at the Viale Vittorio Veneto location is 120 € (including an open bar).

This all accompanies a cuisine with an authentic flavor of the sea, between Mediterranean inspirations and fresh ingredients. The young chef, Fabio Titoni, welcomes the new year with a gourmet menu that crosses the Bel Paese from north to south. He will take you on a gastronomic journey between land and waves, accompanied by a refined wine selection. Panettone and pandoro make the perfect conclusion for a traditional toast. The price of the dinner is 100 € per person (cover charge, water and coffee included).

A location with a sophisticated, glamorous soul that overlooks the wonderful Milanese skyline hosts a space dedicated to the food and wine menu created by Chef Elio Sironi.
