Nippon Delight – Autumn Edition

As true lovers of originality, we couldn’t miss the opportunity of the latest initiative by Pulp Kitchen Club – PKC – the all-Italian supper club that organises highly #social dinners and events.

So, on October 27, we’ll go out to eat, and we are already craving getting away and spending a relaxing night in good company. The beauty is that we still have no idea who our dining companions will be. We’re not crazy: we’re going to the second meeting of the “Nippon Delight – Autumn Edition”, organised by the team from Pulp Kitchen Club, in partnership with CasaMasa, an Italian-Japanese company in the heart of Milan (at via Teodosio 19 for this occasion), where good Japanese cuisine is the key player, and the doors are always open. It’s a safe bet.

Founded in May 2015 from the passion to share good food and good wine of a group of friends and colleagues, PKC offers “unusual dinners with unexpected adventure” and a lot of fun. The idea is to find yourself at the table with people you’ve never met, to discover stories, interesting facts, and anecdotes of others, but above all, to let go and relax. Knock down the wall of suspicion, and make sharing the main ingredient of a special evening.

They’ll take care of the rest of the recipe: the food and the wine, always of the highest quality and selected by the team to meet the high expectations of attendees. The Japanese chef (100% Made in Japan) will prepare a menu of traditional Japanese cuisine, complete with its secrets and flavours. So forget the sushi, and get ready to taste something different!

Of course, there will be no lack of good wine (no need to worry), since the team at Vino à porter will take care of that, a company that delivers the best wine to suit meals and tastebuds, all within less than 30 minutes for Milan city (thanks to their partnership with another startup), and Cobue, an historic farm and winery on the northern shore of Lake Garda.
