Do you want to dream? Follow the #thefairytalesproject initiative that will transform Milan into a magic kingdom on May 6th in support of a great cause: the fight against leukaemia and support for sick children. All proceeds will go to the GrandeAle Olus Foundation, founded in memory of Alessandro Maria Zancan in order to support scientific research on paediatric leukaemia and provide concrete help for sick children and their families.
Conceived and organised by Tarcila Bassi and Sabrina Crivelli, both of whom are Milanese through and through, together with the people of No Brain Group, the format has already been tried in Rome with great success. Now, it will finally be replicated in Milan thanks to the efforts of these nine young social welfare workers. The No Brain association has funded humanitarian projects, especially those related to children, since 2004, and they have raised the tremendous sum of over €100,000 for various organisations that are carefully selected for their responsibility and transparency.
This is the reason for the fairy tales: they draw attention to the principal objective of the initiative that is dedicated to children but also to us adults. This why a dream party, by invitation only with 1.000 invitees in a location that is still a secret, will be held. There will be energy, music, and compassion while guests dance the night away to a DJ set by Emilie Fouilloux in a location that, based on what we know, will leave us with our jaws dropped.
Follow the event’s social media pages to discover the address and see live updates of the work in progress. On Instagram, a viral campaign with fashion and entertainment stars has already begun, and the hashtag is, obviously, #thefairytalesproject. We can’t wait to find out more… can you?
