EDIT

More than 2000 square meters of innovation dedicated to food and drinks

Opened less than a year ago, EDIT (Eat, Drink, Innovate, Together) has undoubtedly been one of the most interesting projects in the city. Five excellences united by an innovative concept offering customers an experience far beyond the usual cuisine or cocktail.

EDIT - Torino

Located in a former electric cables factory in the fertile suburbs of Turin, in the Barriera district of Milan. The industrial style, done in super cool and trendy declination, leaves everyone speechless. Design and style give continuity to the spaces in which this renewed factory of taste is divided. It includes 5 options: a restaurant, brew pub, café, pizzeria and cocktail bar. An experience that accompanies you from breakfast in the morning to the late evening cocktail. Are you Ready?

EDIT - Torino

As soon as you enter, on the first floor, there is a bakery cafe, a hybrid space between a bar, pastry shop and bakery. Various proposals ranging from leavened products, mignon, bread and focaccia are on display. Continuing on, you will come across metal tanks and 19 beer taps with exposed fittings. It’s not just for decoration, it’s a craft brewery.

EDIT - Torino

The brewery offers a vegan menu by Chef Pietro Leemann, who also contributed to the bakery and the famous pizzas of Renato Bosco. Next, going upstairs (surmounted by a magnificent lighting installation) you arrive at a restaurant and cocktail bar. One of the first things you notice is the wonderful open kitchen with a laid out counter.

EDIT - Torino

If you choose to sit here you will be given a pack of cards with different ingredients. Depending on which ones you choose, the chef will prepare your tailor-made meal. A fun and intriguing little game created by the head couple of the restaurant, the Costardi bros, already known for their Michelin star restaurant in Vercelli. The aperitif and after dinner are entrusted to the wise hands of Salvatore Romano del Barz8.

EDIT - Torino

Now taking this little introduction to EDIT, imagine all these realities working and collaborating in synergy with each other. Every day is a discovery. Every day is something new.You will never stop discovering this space and its creations, tempting isn’t it?

We can't. That's why every week we share the best experiences turin has to offer.

Baobar

Via Bartolomeo Eustachi, 24 20129 Milano

The premises that house Baobar have lived many lives, and each of them has left its mark. The large vintage chandeliers, reminiscent of when there was a flower shop here, coexist with the imprint left by the days when Baobar was a disco-bar, with the typical design of ‘Milano da bere’, an atmospheric second floor [...]

Salmon Guru Milano

Via Ezio Biondi, 4 20154 Milano

How many people like me, in recent months, passing by Via Piero della Francesca – parallel to Corso Sempione with a high density of must-be venues of Milanese nightlife – and peeking at the construction site of Salmon Guru Milano thought that yet another sushi bar was about to open? But don't be fooled, because here salmon [...]

Moebius

Via Alfredo Cappellini, 25 20124 Milano

A Milanese address named after a French cartoonist - Jean Giraud. Here, however, it's not drawings we're talking about, but rather ideas and dishes, those of the two starred chef Enrico Croatti. Moebius is a fertile "ground" in which undisturbed design, cuisine and music thrive, circumscribed at number 25 of Via Alfredo Cappellini, between the [...]
