Here, art and design come together with elegance in spaces that evoke Bourbon history. The bar area lies at the end of a route connecting five rooms, beneath a ceiling lined with paintings and frames from which grand black chandeliers hang. Aiming to blend culture with innovation, the venue serves a refined, high-calibre menu in a meticulously curated setting designed for relaxed, chic evenings.

The cocktail list, curated by bar manager Salvatore D’Anna, celebrates traditional flavours through drinks that tell the story of the culture, history and traditions of Bourbon Naples alongside its modern identity. The menu is divided into ‘Classici’, familiar favourites made with top-tier ingredients; ‘Le Grand Tour’, contemporary world-renowned drinks inspired by cultural stops across the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies during the Grand Tour era; ‘Le Ricette ò Monzù’, inspired by traditional Monzù pastry recipes; and ‘5 Martini per i 5 Re’, echoing the five rooms dedicated to the Bourbon kings.

The dining and bistrot menus follow the same thread, revisiting classic Neapolitan dishes through a Bourbon lens with balanced flavours and appetisers from the Neapolitan culinary tradition, crafted with seasonal, sustainably sourced ingredients.
