Italian-French by heritage, Tuscan by birth, and a Milanese by adoption for some years now. Her passion for fine cuisine and everything surrounding it led her to pursue a Master’s in Food & Wine Communication, with the goal of turning it into a profession. She has always described herself as “both rustic and refined”: she loves traditional trattorias as much as Michelin-starred restaurants, can never say no to pizza and beer, and delights in capturing every dish that comes her way.
