The exhibition for those hungry for innovation

Have you ever wondered what happens to the food we eat before it arrives on our table? Which and how many processes undergoes? What role do technology and innovation within the agricultural sector? Here comes #FoodPeople, an exhibition in two routes shown by special characters with their stories.

The first route retraces some of the major scientific and technological innovations in the industry. It will help us to discover our relationship with the food in the last century and a half. Let’s test ourselves with a virtual pantry to find out what we have yet to learn on how to adjust our spending habits.

The second path is used to deal with scenarios and perspectives on the future of food. Here we explore the world of industry and industrial production, retracing the various production phases of the present and the past in order to better understand what the future industrial path will be.
