The Ligurian chef Davide Zanino offers traditional cuisine, with seasonal ingredients, dishes made with quality and attention to the dishes. The focus is mainly on fish, from the cruditè, which varies depending on the daily availability in respect of the freshness of raw materials,to the swordfish tataki on beetroot sauce, and finally a delicious calamarata with a “jam” of Sicilian cherry tomatoes.

The hand-made pastas as well as the meat proposals, which are more limited but of excellent quality, are also delicious. The winery boasts a selection of refined wines, for sophisticated palates or for those who want to try something different from the usual, with the advice of the staff always available and attentive to satisfy every need. To end the dinner, pamper your palate with the famous chocolate cake.

The gastronomic experience at Mimmo Milano can be enriched by an aperitif or after-dinner drink in the bar “Le Scuderie” (that it means “the stables”) on the ground floor of the restaurant, which can be accessed after passing through the outdoor terrace. The name is not accidental, it pays homage to the use of spaces in the past and preserves its architectural features. The decor has warmer shades than those of the restaurant: large dark armchairs alternate with wrought iron chairs and from the back of the room stands a piano, the icing on the cake for an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere, where everything recalls harmony and conviviality, far from the stressful and frenetic rhythms of everyday life.

The list of drinks is wide and quality, especially for gin lovers, and can be accompanied by a gourmet finger food aperitif or by orders of small tastings such as the trio of miniburger, fish balls with sweet and sour sauce or the classic oysters .
