What happens between Italians and pasta is a wonderful and morbid relationship, a sweet obsession if you will, that forces us to love it, idolize it almost to the limits of jealousy. After all, we Italians know that blood boils in our veins, our passions are violent and highly flammable, especially when we talk about food. Pasta makes us all agree, however, and that of Pasta à Gogo cuts off every discussion: it is excellent and we really can’t say anything else.
Pasta à Gogo is a project that brings the world of gourmet pasta close to that of take-aways, with classic recipes (those that your grandmother could cook) but, also with the possibility to compose your own recipes, choosing the type of pasta, like the organic one or the one made with legumes, and adding any kind of sauces, condiments and toppings.
A choice that is not only wide, but is also good. The cooking of the pasta is simply perfect and all the seasonings are really balanced. And if you manage to compose your own “recipe” with the right pairing and original combinations, your pasta dish will become something really incredible. Our favorite one? Sweet peppers and turmeric, with chopped walnuts and a little parmesan. Really tasty.
All the pastas come in a practical paper containers, that include a disposable cutlery set and (real touch of class) a paper placemat to put on your desk to have, even at the office, a small laid table before you. You can have your pasta delivered by Deliveroo, Foodora or Glovo, but if you live near Piazza Argentina or Loreto you could also fall into the free delivery area and not pay for the delivery. We have already ordered our lunch. What are you waiting for?
