Feel Fusion è proprio il ristorante che ti aspetti: luci soffuse, candele, pareti a mattoncino scuro, intimo e riservato. Piccolo banco a vista ma senza possibilità di mangiare al bancone. Personale e accogliente, sembra vi conoscano già da un secolo!

Menù ricercato, molte le possibilità. Sushi e Sashimi ovviamente ma soprattutto pietanze diverse dal solito che stuzzicano l’appetito… incominciamo? I maki sono una delizia. Non uscite senza aver provato i Samba, i Suadade o i Cruncy roll! Le salsine sono tipiche giapponesi (le usano anche nel Sol Levante, per i maki ricercati) ma se non vi vanno, chiedeteli senza. Le tartare sono delicate, i gunkan – i loro speciali bignè – sono pazzeschi: osate! Ovvio che lo spicy salmon o spicy tuna siano il top, ma fate una scelta diversa… l’anguilla non vi deluderà!

Il reparto cibo cotto e fusion è davvero notevole. Ottime le tipologie di riso saltato. Numerose le varianti di spaghetti (di riso, di soia, di grano saraceno, tagliolini alla wok, tempura udon) saltati e non… lasciatevi consigliare, vi condurranno alla scoperta di nuovi gusti e abbinamenti.

Come secondo si può scegliere carne (manzo o pollo), pesce (branzino, salmone o gamberi) o tempura. Le Thay style e le salse teriayki vi faranno esclamare: “I FEEL sooo good!”
