Gaudenti rises from the ashes of the famous patisserie Peyrano, in a historic shop completely renovated by the Lamatilde studio. Here, the contemporary does not disdain the past. The splendor of the old patisserie has given way to a minimal environment in which the old and gloomy boiserie has been painted with bright blue, the identifying color of the Gaudenti brand, which illuminates the rooms together with white and gold decorative motifs. All enhancing a contemporary counter, which dominates solemnly throughout the main hall and houses inside its long illuminated windows masterpieces of confectionery art. This is thanks to the past experiences of the talented Sforza, who brought a bit of Portugal and Japan through the streets to the capital of Savoy.
