Tripstillery is the novelty signed Flavio Angiolillo & Co. ready to conquer Milan with a new and definitive “place-to-drink” that will be able to surprise even the most experienced palates. Nestled in the very modern and avant-garde Piazza Alvar Aalto, this cocktail bar breaks the mold by including a micro distillery where everyone can make their own personalized distillate.


The Mag family (Mag Navigli, Mag La Pusterla, Iter, 1930, Backdoor 43, Mercato Centrale) expands by conquering the Porta Nuova district with a new venue where design, cuisine and mixology coexist in a disruptive formula. Café, cocktail bar and artisan micro distillery: Tripstillery is a new multifaceted space, to be discovered day after day by living its spectacular location a few steps from Piazza Gae Aulenti.

The staff’s attention towards every detail has enhanced the interior with curious eye-catching furnishings: chairs with irreverent phrases, spectacular photographs of the Milanese capital and a gigantic painting made with coffee. No details left to chance, therefore tracing the common thread that characterizes all the Milanese properties of the Fa(r)mily. The result is a location like no other, an elegantly informal space where to sip excellent cocktails.


The absolute novelty of this unique address in Milan is the presence of an authentic artisan micro distillery: a miniature workshop among the skyscrapers in Porta Nuova where you can craft your own gin and bitter with a customized recipe. The production process is carefully followed by a master distiller and will allow you to prepare your personalized distillate. Take it home in small batches and even create your own label.

The drink proposal at Tripstillery consists of Amari and Gin produced on site in the micro distillery located at the bottom of the room, a careful selection of still and sparkling wines, a cocktail list divided into “Classics” and “Signature Cocktails”, including new combinations and refined preparations, and beers made by the Curtense craft brewery. The offer ends with a selection of “Draft Drink – on tap”, which includes Fusettone, Spritz, Gin Mule and Americano Hibiscus, the symbol of a drinkable Milan that combines a bygone era charm with new mixing trends.


The food menu’s a list of bites to share such as tuna seasoned squids, anchovies, tuna belly, taralli and olives, and a surprising proposal of dishes cooked in vasocottura, made with top quality ingredients and rich in flavor. “Octopus, potatoes and olives”, “Cous Cous with vegetables” and “Roast veal with potatoes” are just some of the dishes to try at Tripstillery, a delicious gastronomic proposal to taste during a break surrounded by the Milanese skyscrapers.
